In a mixing bowl, add egg,erythritol, and Peanut Butter. Mix well until a
soft batter forms.

Scoop out the batter and roll into small balls.

pan. Space each cookie an inch or so apart.

Take a fork and press the batter balls so they flatten and get the traditional

Allow the cookies to cool for about 30 minutes prior to eating. This way, they
will firm up a bit. Otherwise, they will have a cake like texture.

      It’s an artificial sweetener. It’s sold on Amazon and I’ve seen it on Walmart’s website as well.

          you can honestly use any artificial sweetener or regular sugar as a substitute. If you’re trying to stay sugar free “monk fruit” is a good option because it tastes more like sugar to me without the weird sweetener aftertaste.
