He was 80. Mr. Cerrato was born in Philadelphia and was a Newfield resident for 45 years before moving to Vineland 11 years ago. Before retirement, he was employed as a consultant-engineer by Stan-Ray Corp. in Vineland.
He was formerly employed by Cresci Body Works in Vineland. Mr. Cerrato was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Vineland. He also was a member of the Buena Borough Senior Citizens. Surviving are his wife, Mary (Marchese); three sons, Michael of Newfield, Nicholas of Oakland and Anthony of Vineland; a brother George of Philadelphia; a sister, Rose Saia of Philadelphia; eight grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.

after sustaining a heart attack. He was 52. Born in Florida, Mr. Chatmon was the son of Inez Chatmon of Pahokee, Fla. and the late Marion Chatmon.
He was an area resident for 24 years, living in Deerfield since 1967. Mr. Chatmon was employed as a respiratory technician at South Jersey Hospital System, Bridgeton Division, where he had worked for the past eight years. He was previously employed by the Owens-Illinois Glass Co. for 13 years.
He was an active member of the Mount Hill Missionary Baptist Church where he was Chairman of the Deacon Board and its Sunday School Superintendent Surviving in addition to his mother is his wife, Edna Darby Chatmon; two daughters Deirdre Chatmon of Bronx, N.Y. and Sharon Clinton of Upper Marlboro, two sons, Kenneth Chatmon of Fruitland, Md. and Alton Chatmon of Washington D.C.; a sister, Varnell Thompson of Belle Glade, two brothers, Johnnie Chatmon of Pahokee, Fla. and Eddie Chatmon of New York and two grandchildren. Services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m.

He had lived in Homestead for the last 20 years and prior to that had lived in the Millville area. Mr. Eldridge was a fruit and vegetable inspector with the Florida Department of Agriculture and prior to that worked in a similar capacity for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. the course teaches students how to save money on their taxes and also prepares them for a rewarding career.
