We had a wonderful evening here. Because almost all the tables were already fully booked when I wanted to reserve, I decided on two seats "at the bar". It turned out that these were high tables that were placed where the "normal" tables were. That was perfect!We chose the vegetarian and fish menu and it couldn't have been better. Well prepared and great in taste. The wine that was recommended to me was also exactly to my taste.A big compliment to the staff, so personable and friendly!The atmosphere, the interior and the details were right.Thanks!

Incredible culinary experience, with explosion of flavours, which we loved. Highly recommended if you are looking for high quality food !

Creative dishes, really friendly service but I would not recommend it to big eaters.The dishes are small, light and ~€14 each. Ok for good food but a problem in absence of side and bigger dishes. After 4 dishes, I felt like I wasn't half way done.

Hard to find improvements for this one! Service was outstanding, able to give good recommendations based on our preferences. The food was an interesting combination of flavours and the atmosphere was relaxed! I can highly recommend Saar and for sure we will come back.

Wauw! Ik ben al meerdere keren bij Saar geweest. Wederom heb ik zeer genoten van de verrassende smaakcombinaties. Mijn voorkeur ligt toch bij het bestellen van 'snacks' in plaats van 'gerechten'.Een goed begin van de avond was de gefrituurde oesterzwam met gorgonzola ranch. Het Massala buikspek, de rauwe ham met venkel en rodekoolmayonaise vond ik heel verrassend. Een charcuterieplank omgetoverd tot een volledig gerecht, waar Kimchi de vleeswaren naar een hoger niveau tilt.Eerder heb ik gerechten/snacks gegeten zoals ijs van blauwe kaas en brood met gistboter. Ik hoop enorm dat deze gerechten terugkomen op de kaart. ;)Verder, zeer vriendelijk en ervaren personeel.(Translated by Google)Wow! I have been to Saar several times. A charcuterie board transformed into a complete dish, where Kimchi takes the meats to a higher level.Previously I have eaten dishes/snacks such as blue cheese ice cream and bread with yeast butter. I really hope that these dishes return to the menu. ;)Furthermore, very friendly and experienced staff.
