Had several copy & print jobs, little girl that waited on me was new, & gave the impression she knew everything……came in Friday, 4/26c charged me multiple $2.50 service charges, said printing wouldn’t be ready till Saturday after 4:00. Bill was about $9.00. Came in Sunday & different lady waited on me, she’s helped me multiple times & she’s excellent! 1 print order size(photos)was not right, she redid on the spot bill was about $58, feel I was overcharged, by 1st girl, not happy!

There were a few hiccups in the printing of my trifold but I appreciate that they wanted to make it right. Jonythan was patient and I could really tell he wanted to give me the best product possible. He worked with me to get my document right and even went above and beyond to get the color correct! Even with the hiccups would 10/10 go back just based solely on the customer service I received.
