  • 1 cup sweet potato puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
